Your thoughts affect how you speak.
Your thoughts affect your relationships.
What you say about yourself, your thoughts about yourself affect every area of your life.
Your thoughts impact who you are and who you become.
Pay attention to your thoughts. Are they thoughts you approve of?
What do you think about yourself? Do you approve of these thoughts?
Once you pay attention to you own thought about yourself, make sure that you are only thinking thoughts about yourself that you want to be true. This is very important if you want to experience more joy in your life, better relationships, enhanced self-esteem and have goals you want to accomplish.
When your thoughts about yourself are upbuilding you will make better choices and feel better. So, please don’t say anything about yourself that you don’t want yourself to be. Never. Encourage yourself instead.
