What is the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge?

Each day, you will receive a prompt that will guide you in your gratitude practice, as well as suggestions for how to incorporate gratitude into your daily routine. By the end of the challenge, you will have completed 30 days of intentional gratitude, and will have experienced the many benefits that come with a grateful mindset.

Daily Prompts
