breaking commitmentsWe all know that going back on your word not only causes others to mistrust you and to believe they cant count on your word, but what many people don’t realize is that you may also damage your own personal relationship with yourself.

After going back on your word over and over again, not only do others doubt you, but you begin to doubt your own self.

You may have also discovered that you find it difficult to even commit to the smallest event.

You may have seen that you have some uneasy feeling when it comes to making a commitment to a relationship, a business event, a party, or something else that may be beneficial and enjoyable to you.

These feelings and thoughts can cause you to become tired, confused or defeated. Then, these feeling create another cycle of you breaking commitments. Does this sound like you or someone else that you know?

After breaking commitments over and over again, you even begin to not trust yourself. This is dangerous because if you feel you cant trust in yourself, its very hard for others to trust you and for you to trust others.

It is most important that you build this trust back into your own mind. When we lack trust in our own self it affects every area of our lives. We tend to isolate ourselves or hid our true feeling and thoughts. This is damaging to our relationships, career and personal life, even our own health.

So, if breaking commitments is damaging to our personal and business relationships, as well as our own being, why do we and some people do it all the time? Come back tomorrow to learn why.

Hugs!
